Several ways: 1. Acupuncture- my #1 recommendation. It is awesome 2. Eat more foods with magnesium(pumpkin seeds are a good source) 3. Cramp bark or vitex can help 4. Evening primrose oil, fish oil, may help 5. Eat less junk- no sodas, processed sugar, stop dairy , stop gluten. These are a few suggestions. Birth control pills can help and are not my first choice.
