Varies: Many women will have much less cramping and less bleeding while on the pill. You can also use otc meds like ibuprofen, anaprox, (naproxen) etc to lessen the cramps and decrease blood loss. If you are having regular cycles, there should be no reason to expect any problems conceiving.
