Go see ur Family Doc: To deal w/really bad cramps now, chat w/your parents/guardian about taking over-the-counter pain meds like Ibuprofen or Naproxen, not both in same day. If you get these bad cramps every month, go see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood about hormonal birth control to regulate your periods and perhaps stop you from having them except quarterly or annually.
