Could be ulcer: This needs evaluation. Corneal ulcers commonly occur under contact lenses and appear as a white dot. Usually the eye is red and uncomfortable but not always. Since sometimes these ulcers can do a lot of damage, see an ophthalmologist for evaluation as soon as possible and leave your contact lens out until seen.

Possible: Make an appointment with your eye doctor and do not wear the contacts lenses until you are cleared by him/her.
