Im distressed, was givn hcg trigger on cd20 when follic size was 19mm. after 48hrs no ovulation and it formed a 23mm septated cyst.why did this happen.

How do you know?: That you didn't ovulate? If you ovulated you'd expect to see a corpus luteum (complex cyst) around 48 hours later. A blood Progesterone level in the next 3 days or so would mostly confirm.
