Klonopin vs Xanax (alprazolam) : Both Klonopin and xanax (alprazolam) are belongs to a class of drugs called benzodiazepines. Both used for the anxiety. Xanax (alprazolam) is more common for panic attacks, and Klonopin is longer-acting drug. Any benzo that is taken can be detected in the meconium if tested. It can depend on the drug, amount taken, and gestation of pregnancy. Klonopin and xanax (alprazolam) no difference.
