Combination plate: Talk to your doctor before using Lisinopril together with celecoxib. Combining these medications may reduce the effects of Lisinopril in lowering blood pressure. In addition, these medications may affect your kidney function. 3 different pressure medications and one for arthritis. Have you discussed this combination with your dr? If worried i would discuss it with your dr.

Yes: Celebrex (celecoxib) has relatively low risk. If you have no significant heart issues and you kidney function is normal, the combination should be fine.

With the exception: Of the innate side effects in each medication, and as long as your blood pressure is not too low, then it is a pretty safe mix as they do not work on the same receptors and shouldn't overlap. That being said, the one possible problem is taking an NSAID (celebrex) and lisinopril, you can cause kidney damage as one shuts down efferent and one afferent arteries to glomeruli. Be cautious.
