Only if painful from: ...Fall. Some have coccyx that flare outward ; r prominent ; more susceptible 2 becoming a chronic problem after an injury. Also if u r very thin, it is easier 2 injure. Just because it looks different on x-rays means nothing. There r many variations in coccyx shape.
