Not likely: The feeling of not getting enough air is a common physical symptom of anxiety. Buspar (buspirone) is a medicine used to help anxiety -- but you may need a higher dose. Please tell your physician what you're experiencing. Also, cognitive behavioral therapy can be very helpful in anxiety, especially when anxiety makes someone very worries about his health and body. A good psychologist can work with you.
