I can't get to sleep. Too much too do. Is it better to do it now or in the am?

Varies by person: Great question. Different people handle fatigue and mental functioning very differently. Most do better with good rest and getting up early. Others do better pushing on until finished and then resting. For example, I do better pushing on but my wife needs her rest. You need to find the right solution for you.
