Get a physical exam,: It would be best to get a physical exam with blood pressure readings and a thyroid panel if you didn't get it to go along with the tsh. That way the doctor can discuss the TSH result with possible symptoms and blood pressure readings to see if there's one or more than one problem to explain this. Good luck.
