Anger: Intense anger is a frequent part of personality disorders. If you have been diagnosed with a personality disorder, psychotherapy with an experienced psychologist or psychiatrist is the best way to address it. Also staying away from alcohol or other recreational drugs is necessary too. Sometimes medications can be a helpful part of treatment -- a psychiatrist can assess this possibility in you.

Yes, and help helps: Especially as young as you are and as interested in making changes as you must be to ask, you'll be able to find ways. A skillful therapist can be a big help if you find one you can trust and work with like a coach. Anger can be scary to others and to you, but it can be harnessed and then serve your goal instead of being a problem. If you don't "click" w/ the 1st, try another. It will pay off!
