Other possibilities: While it is possible you bruised your prostate, it is also just as likely you injured your intestine even without bleeding/fever. If you are having abdominal pain yet, i implore you to seek medical evaluation. Let them know what happened - we've heard much more than what you did and the docs need that information to get the full picture and evaluate properly. The injury has potential to be serious.
