Safe not sorry!: If you feel he is in immediate danger call 911. If not convince him that it is safer for him to go to a hospital er for voluntary admission. If he is not in immediate danger and you are afraid he can get worse ask friends or family to stay with him and give him support. Tell him to see a psychiatrist or psychologist urgently. If you are unsure call 911. Better safe than sorry!
