Moisturization.: Although it is not talked about commonly, dry itchy skin or eczema can occur in the genital region. Have your husband moisturize with something like cerave cream or cetaphil restoraderm. Note that if this is the diagnosis, he may need additional appropriate topical medications to control, not cure, this condition.
