My rbc has been low for 3yrs, i've started to have seizures and problems urinating, pain in my stomach arthritis as well. are these signs of lupus?

Lots of problems: The constellation of signs ; symptoms you describe is not to be ignored--its a warning sign that something may be wrong ; autoimmune disease is indeed possible.
