Do not worry: At that dose, and with your dr covering the discontinuation (of at least the ssri part) i think you might only suffer mild symptoms or not even notice it. Psychotherapy may also reduce your anticipatory symptoms of anxiety. Follow your dr s instructions, best wishes.
