Yes: Actually there is tablet called flatulex which contains both activated charcoal and simethicone. There are so many combination products for bloating otc. If bloating is serious problem, please see your doctor. May be you want to consider cutting down on your alcohol use.

I've been taking simethicone, for a while, to help with excess gas(burping) and bloating. I'm still dealing with it regularly and have only seen minor improvements. Should I consider seeing if it's something more serious? If so, what could it be?
