Viral transmission: This is very unlikely. Viruses die quickly if not within a living cell and cells die fairly rapidly when tissue is dried. The thing you must also remember is that viruses differ one from the other and it would be helpful to specify what you are concerned about. If it is hiv, worry not. Hep c is transmitted from blood directly, not dried.
