Are there any : pinpoint blisters? This sounds like hand eczema, possibly dyshidrosis. Start soaking with aluminum acetate and apply OTC hydrocortisone cream three times a day. soak in lukewarm water with the tablets or powder for 10min at least 2-3 times a day before hydrocortisone. If not better get prescription strength from dermatologist
