Glands.: Since there are many glands in the vulvar region, it is likely that what you are seeing as "bumps" are actually simply enlarged hypertrophic glands. The lack of pain indicates this is the likely diagnosis. See a gynecologist or dermatologist for an examination to ensure it is nothing more serious.
