Internet addiction: I'm going to make a comparison that many people will not like. The internet is full of sites that tell shameless lies about food choices that are intended to frighten you and get your honestly-earned money. I'm sure you realize this but wonder what to believe. Like pornography, it is a dead-end but is addicting. Have your physician recommend a trustworthy source ; stop the rest altogether.

Where reading?: What are your concerns about nutrition and diet, and where are you reading about them? Does it interfere with other aspects of your life? What makes you anxious about what you read? To get a better understanding of what you're dealing with here, please consult a psychologist (or other mental health professional) in person. Talking with someone who deeply understands anxiety can help.
