No harm: Esomeprazole is usually dosed once a day but can be taken twice a day in certain conditions. If your gastritis is not improving, however, it's best that you're followed by a gastroenterologist who will make sure of the diagnosis, proper diet, medication and diet. I'm concerned that you're having persistent symptoms while on esomeprazole.
