Why does gastritis cause nausea?

Stomach isn't happy: If your stomach is "irritated" -what medically we call "gastritis"- one of the ways it can 'complain' about the situation is to help create the symptoms of nausea. Nausea is the prelude to vomiting, which means ur stomach is REALLY not happy & wants to be left alone. Nausea and vomiting are treatable so u should pay attention to these symptoms and help your body get back into balance. Feel better!
