No: A little mold on your pasteurized cheddar cheese will not cause listeria. Listeria comes from cheese that is UNpasteurized, and typically all of the cheese that you find in your grocery store is going to be pasteurized. Farmers markets and small health food stores tend to sell more unpasteurized cheeses. Having said that, cheese always has label that says it's pasteurized so you can check!
