Be seen: You need to be seen and evaluated. Could be gastritis (stomach inflammation) or an ulcer. In the meantime, stop spicy foods. Try eating more soups- not cream based soups. Try nux vomica homeopathic remedy 3x a day. Even if you feel better you still need to be seen. Also consider acupuncture and chinese medicine. Hope you feel better soon!
