See gyn: There are several different things this could be, but based on your description it is most likely bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of the wrong bacteria in the vagina. The vagina is full of bacteria, some of which are normal and good and others than cause problems. Bv is a condition where gardnerella, a bad species, grows too much and lactobacillus, a good species, too little. See a doc.
