Strong vaginal odor suggests bacterial vaginosis. Itching is atypical for BV, but is common with yeast, which also might cause pimple-like lesions. Genital herpes and other STDs also are a possible explanation of these symptoms. It isn't possible for any distant source, like this forum, to advise proper treatment.
