Paresthesiae: When you're sleeping and your shoulders are sloping and relaxed, the nerves leaving your neck and going into your left arm become impinged causing parasthesiae(pins and needles sensation). This is relieved by changing your position. There should be no connection between this and your right thigh pain which could be related to knee problems. See an orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation.
