My left arm spin and sleep while i have pain in my right thigh just above my knee. my left arm mostly sleeps in the nights. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Paresthesiae: When you're sleeping and your shoulders are sloping and relaxed, the nerves leaving your neck and going into your left arm become impinged causing parasthesiae(pins and needles sensation). This is relieved by changing your position. There should be no connection between this and your right thigh pain which could be related to knee problems. See an orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation.
