Flonase: Flonase is used to treat rhinitis but not sinusitis, which is a more severe condition. Sometimes people use the term rhinitis and sinusitis interchangeably and vaguely so it might work in those cases. Flonase unlikely causes pharyngitis. Post nasal drip from rhinitis or sinusitis can cause sore throat or pharyngitis. If that's the case, this medication should help pharyngitis.

Possibly: Should help with treating sinusitis. Should not contribute to your laryngitis.
