See a doctor: This history is very incomplete, and absent a detailed exam and access to your medical records this would only be a guess. If your HGB is really 98 rather than 9.8 you may have set a new record. If the HGB is low it is probably related to ckd, but would need much more info on your fevers to know what is going on.
