No heart attack: The jaw pain during the heart attack has a temporal behavior that increases with physical exertion or exercise. The jaw pain during the heart attack is associated with chest pain, anterior neck pain and/or shoulder pain. The source of your pain could be from a toothache or tmj/tmd. Rec.: see a orofacial pain specialist or dentist for further investigation.
