Go to ER: Call for an ambulance and don't delay. Your health is in serious trouble. It could be something else (toothache) but if you are concerned about a heart attack best to get it ruled out now.

Question cut off: Although I don't know the cause of your pain - women may have jaw/tooth pain pattern associated with myocardial infarction. Regardless would recommend Emergency Department assessment.
