I've had stomach aches for about 2 years now, seen many GI docs, upper endoscopy & colonoscopy found nothin what could it be?

I get stomach aches top of my stomach. Usually after I eat at night. Colonoscopy and endoscopy were all ok. I had it during the summer. It was during Covid time in the summer. I had bloody stools then Could it be cancer? Back hurts sometimes?
