Colonoscopy 10hrs ago. now have abdml pain(pretty bad) but really intense in waves. kinda feels like gas but yet to pass any gas or bm is this normal?

Normal vs. Healthy:: Normal means common, zero reliable relationship with healthy & defined by medical industry as average to include the central 96% of common for any variable. What you describe is neither healthy nor common in most cases after colonoscopy. But it all depends on your anatomy/function before exam, what was done during exam & your responses afterwards. Sounds like intestinal distension; yet not moving.
