Possible tests: Ultrasound of testes & bladder; ct or MRI scan of pelvis to further check bladder, prostate gland, vas deferens; psa blood test for prostate; urinalysis & urethral swab to check for infection/std; transrectal ultrasound of prostate with possible biopsy if other tests suggest need for it.

Several: Urologic evaluation should clarify the cause of your symptoms. Digital rectal exam and a testicular exam in conjunction with a good history can usually diagnose prostatitis and or epididymitis fairly easily. A cystoscopic exam may be necessary if these office based tests are not conclusive.
