Constipation: First, is he having hard stools? If he just doesn't have a bowel movement every day, that isn't constipation unless there are hard stools. Breast fed babies don't always poop every day- that's okay. The boil near his anus needs to be seen by his doctor. They can be caused by staph infections and may need to be drained or treated with antibiotics to clear it up. Check with your doctor.
