Call your OBGYN: Usually start bleeding if you are going to have a miscarriage, but your pain is not normal, could be round ligament pain or other, if you have not had an ultrasound yet that needs to be done asap to make sure you have a viable iup and not an ectopic pregnancy so please call your obgyn tonight.
