Not uncommon: Sustaining a heart attack is one of the major health related trauma one may have in one's life time. Thanks to modren therapies majority of patients manage to survive with little after effects. It is not uncommon to see some degree of anxiety or depression after heart attacks. Not usually: If you couldn't play the piano before you wont be able to after. Very unusual to have personality changes after heart attack.
