Varies: It really varies tremendously., but typically anywhere from 5-14 days. Somewhat similar to the recovery from an ankle sprain. If it goes on longer than that, it suggests there may be something else going on. Ideally, if the condition was caused by a certain degree of activity, the activity itself would be avoided to make recurrence less likely. Thank you.
