If you are asking: You are probably feeling that you are overtraining. Listen to your body. Are your muscles aching? Burning? Do you feel overtired after working out? Pay attention to your body's reaction to training. Usually it makes sense to let your muscles rest a day or work one part of your body one day and another the next day. If you overdo it, it can do harm.
