A member asked:

How accurate are lyme disease tests? i find varying opinions online, but it sounds like it can be easily missed in tests?

Accurate but: the test result must be interpreted along with clinical findings. Thus one cannot be considered as having Lyme Disease simply because of a positive test. I do know that some practitioners are over-diagnosing Lyme disease as the cause for many ailments including Parkinson's disease etc without any proven scientific evidence.
