No: Antibiotics and other supportive measures are used to treat sepsis; nsaids and tylenol (acetaminophen) are not helpful whatsoever.

No: If you have sepsis, you need to be in the hospital being taken care of by professionals who have been trained to do this! treating yourself would be equivalent to me cutting my own hair or fixing my car - i can try doing it but the results are probably not going to be great. You don't want to play around with your life.
