Coughing a lot: Coughing can produce tummy pain, especially when he coughs hard. It's time to take him to the pediatrician for consult and treatment to give him otc or prescription meds to help reduce cough, and to determine what the cause may be. Have him see a dentist regarding the bad breath, as you want to make sure he doesn't have any dental issues occurring. You'll have your remedy soon!

Sinus infection?: Sinus infection and tonsillitis are often linked to bad breath. Sinus infection can also cause a cough but not usually a tummy ache. As for peeing a lot, this appears to be a separate issue. Check with your doctor.
