Seborrhoic dermatiti: Try using virgin coconut oil on your back to alleviate your scarring.

Wrong diagnosis: Acne is among possible causes of bleeding sores ; scars. Seborrheic dermatitis is not. Coconut oil will be as useful as any other lubricant. See a dermatologist for treatment of the skin disorder, whatever it is.
