Aging: This is difficult to guess at, but some of it is typical aging. Pace may slow and women who have had babies may become incontinent of urine to a greater or lesser extent. You cannot be certain of what her frequent visits to the gynecologist are about, but you could let her know that you're concerned and see if she'll tell you what's going on.
