I had intestinal infection, then developed pneumonia, been through 3 antibiotics. i'm still sick, phlegm is green/yellow, pain & cough. advice?

Cough: I would start by getting a chest xray to rule out a number of things, like a possible lung consolidation, effusion or possible pleurisy. A sputum sample might also be valuable to determine the proper antibiotic, if one is necessary.
