Albuterol alone: If you are in a pinch, but improving, can use the nebulized form easily every four hours, with an occasional every two hours thrown in--as long as you are getting better--if not, then stop now, and get to er, as we have many more tools to work on your problem with and you do not want to stay at home until you become exhausted and cannot effectively breathe.
