Routine/self-care: I just would like to add to my colleague's answer--it's important to keep your routine when you're depressed -- routine makes the environment predictable. Going to work is a part of your routine. Establish a self-care routine -- with good sleep hygiene, relaxation and reward system for achieving your goals (not only job-related). Also, find mental health care providers to help you work through.
