Antidepressants: When people have severe low mood and anxiety, SSRIs/antidepressants like zoloft, prozac, celexa, lexapro (escitalopram) can be beneficial for both anxiety and OCD as well as depression. Often people with OCD need to be on higher than average dosages of SSRIs
